Two technicians came to my home, and the service was unacceptable. The first, possibly Sergii, was impatient with my questions, careless with my furniture, and the fix he completed failed within 24 hours. His behavior was unprofessional throughout. The other, possibly Ryan, was more helpful and answered my questions when the first technician grew frustrated and walked away. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their business and strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Very well. I found the work done by Sergei and his associate, David, to be excellent. This company is very honest and reasonable on their prices. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Sergi worked around my schedule and did all the coordination with the city. He and his assistant were kind and respectful. They completed the job efficiently and helped me as the home owner understand the entire process. The quote was itemized to know what they were going to do and when they came they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I really appreciated the hard work and I will be hiring Sergi again if I need more electrical work done.

This guy is awesome. He shows up when he says he will show up. He gives a good fair estimate. Then he showed up to do the work when he said he would. I would highly recommend him. He did great work in a timely banner. I will definitely use him again if I have any other electrical problems. He is a man of his word, which is hard to find in the construction industry these days.

Sergii provided a great, efficient service on several electrical add-ons needed in the house. He's easy to work with and promptly arrived for the job. His work is quick and delivers what the customer is asking for. In particular, he did a great job with our under-cabinet lighting after upgrading our kitchen. Sergio is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for an electrician who can work you in ASAP and does outstanding work, then look no further. I called at least ten different electricians in the Colorado Springs area. They were either “not accepting anymore work”, “I can work you in next month” or the price was doubled what Sergio quoted me. I had some basic electric work (EV charging station installed in garage) but I will be contacting him for future work. He was highly professional, arrived early for the job, and was efficient in getting the work completed. I didn’t have the actual charging station at the time (he installed a new 240 outlet) but it so happened to come into Toyota later that day-so I called him back to see when he could work me in. He told me he was still in area and could be at my house within ten minutes. I was so shocked and appreciative that I wanted to leave a review for him! I never leave reviews but this one was well deserved! Thank you again Sergio!

Upgrade Electric was one of two companies I called on Monday when an electrical outlet burnt out at the beginning of the long 4th of July weekend. Sergeii responded quickly and said he could come by that Monday afternoon. (the other "top" company never responded to the message I left...). Sergeii not only showed up early in the time range he quoted, he quickly identified the problem, came up with reasonable solution and fixed it for a reasonable price. Additionally, while he didn't have time to address some additional non-urgent electrical work I wanted done, he quickly determined why my hall lights weren't working (bad bulbs in the wall sconces). I will be contacting him to come back to take care of replacing the wall sconces (Ikea no longer carries replacement bulbs for the current wall sconces) as well as other work.

Sergey is incredibly professional and fast. Quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it. I don't expect to have the problem ever again. I highly recommend him. Price was very fair.

The owner of this small business, Sergi was wonderful. His skills were obvious when he addressed my first request of installing a new doorbell. Then he opened my factory sealed dinning room light box and the plate and a second piece was missing. He was able to use my preexisting parts to assemble it and made it work like new. He then made two other repairs and was off to his next appointment. He was neat, prepared and highly skilled. I would hire him again!

Upgrade Electric did an amazing job with my panel upgrade and EV wall connector install. They were really fast, communicated well, and the inspection passed with no concerns.
