TWConstruction LLC is a General Contractor having over 30 years experience in building new homes or remodeling existing homes. TWC is fully insured and licensed to meet the requirements of any governmental entity.We believe that our company’s greatest asset is its team of people, with outstanding ethics, experience, professionalism, and skills. I was VERY satisfied with the results. Tracy is a true craftsman and very detailed / quality oriented. Most importantly, he was willing to listen to me and deliver exactly what I wanted.
In some instances, Tracy made recommendations that improved upon my design - even though it cost him additional labor above his quote.
Tracy refused to charge me for a few costs over-runs above his original cost quote. However, I was so pleased with the quality of the results, I gave him a tip above and beyond the final costs. That tells you how pleased I was!

Basement finish included the following:
Completely build a bedroom, bathroom, office to include framing, drywall, painting, tiling, carpeting, all electrical and heating work and trimming and doors. They also built a food storage/pantry for our emergency preparedness plan. They even had to dig a trench for the toilet line from the existing piping to the new bathroom location without any issues. The basement looks great and the job was completed within the time agreed. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
