It went very well. They gave us good prices, and did a good job all around. We bought this home after renting it for a few years when we retired to Colorado Springs. The house needed major upgrades in most areas -- but we loved the 3/4-acre property in Rustic Hills, backing up to bluffs. Over quite a few years we upgraded just about everything. It included completely remodeling kitchen, all 3 baths, etc., etc. We invested much more than the $15,000 mentioned overall -- and Marlon did several of the projects.
Marlon (and his associates) are honest and dependable. I recommend them highly.
