I had an energy audit performed 8 Aug, and there are a few patches that are R60 and the rest are R32 or 34. I have left messages, but no response. I had my suspicions the work was not correct, but had to way to prove it. I do not feel anyone should have to pay to have the same service performed twice for a job not even a year old.
We have 10 trees but were told only 9 were treated. We don't know which one was not.
We requested multiple times to talk to the technician - he never called.
The service note left on our door said they did an I&D Injection and sprayed the trees. these items were done in 12 minutes.
No one could tell me what an I&D injection is.
The service note indicated the application rate for their spray chemical is 12 Gal/1000sq ft. this equals .12 agl/sq ft. They used .11 gal for 9 trees. I think a tree has more than 1 sq ft of leaf surface area.
Customer service is not local.
we canceled the service after one treatment.
