I did just use them, and they were good. Nothing in particular. I would recommend them again. I really didn't have much dealings with them. I had the property manager deal with them. We didn't have any problems.

We had Dave out for a solar quote and he also offered to check our roof. He said our roof looked alright. Two months later after the July hailstorm we had him back out to check and we needed a new roof. We decided to go with a class 4 slate shingle and are very happy with the color and strength of our new roof. Everyone from the ladies in the office, the roofers and Dave was professional. If we ever decide to install solar it will be Triton as well.

My experience with Triton was great. From the initial inspection all the way through the finished project. I need a roof replaced again due to a recent hail storm and have already contacted Triton to do the service.

So far the roof replacement of shingles and exterior roof hardware is complete. The window replacement is out of their hands since a different contractor will take care of installation after new windows can be found. This last hail storm has window replacement backlogged and the painters probably will have to wait until next spring due to winter finally setting in. Todd has been diligent in resubmitting painter bids to the insurance company which kick back the estimates wanting the service to be performed at a much lower rate. All work so far has been very thorough and prompt, my wife and I would recommend Triton Roofing & Solar for any exterior needs!

Triton was responsive the day after the hail storm, coming out to fix a few leak issues.
Product was delivered as soon as available with the work completed shortly afterwards.
During the difficult and busy recovery after the storm they managed to get the work done and a very high quality
complete and professional job.

Justin and Todd are very helpful and trustworthy. They provided different roofing options and then worked with our insurance company to ensure the original estimate came in line with the actual work and costs necessary. The crew could have been more professional (not terrible--we just have high standards), but Justin or Todd stopped by daily to remedy any issues. Also, after the significant snow accumulations last winter, we had a minor, external leak on an overhang--Todd and the foreman, Jesus, immediately came by to inspect the problem and fixed it. Todd and Justin also personally vetted any subs required, such as the electrician and furnace vent techs, to complete the jobs professionally and within code.

After the July 2016 hail storm I began researching various roofing companies in search of the company that would stand above all the rest. Reading the story behind Triton Roofing & Solar, I decided to meet with Justin to learn more. This meeting further impressed me and I contracted with his company for my roofing needs. Justin, Corrie, and the rest of the team not only lived up to my expectations, but went above and beyond. Their customer care and quality of service is exceptional. Our roof inspection was scheduled in a timely manner. Our salesman arrived on time for our appointment, and he was very helpful. He did not try to pressure us at all and answered all of our questions. He also continued to contact me throughout the process to inform me of the status of my new roof (I.e. Materials ordered/arrived, delivery date, etc.). Salesman also stopped by during and after roof installation to ensure the quality was to our satisfaction.

They were so easy to work with and very professional. They completed the job on time. The crew took pains to make sure any nails were picked up so our dogs wouldn't step on them. They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them.

First off, professionalism and customer care were hallmarks of my dealings with the staff at Triton Roofing. We had talked to a couple of roofing companies prior to contacting Triton, but when we visited them in their offices, we were taken by their desire to get us the best roof that we could afford. They helped us selects shingle type and color and even made a trip out to our house to show us the options as they would look on our roof. Throughout the removal and replacement process, Todd and his crew were courteous, prompt, and cleaned up around the house and street every day. While other work was going on Todd kept in contact with us to ensure we were pleased with the progress. I hope that I never need to replace the roof again, but if I do, I will choose Triton. Todd came out and looked at my roof and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. After I contacted my insurance company Todd came back out with a presentation of what he would do. He was very flexible in what he could do and had prices for each option. He explained all aspects of the roofing job to my satisfaction. After selecting Triton Roofing, the crew showed up when Todd promised. The crew went to work and really did a great job. They cleaned up every day. I was really impressed with the job they did. It only took about 1 1/2 days.

The first time I used Triton Roofing was to roof a 950 sq. ft. shop. I was so impressed with the installation that I hired them to install 6700 watt solar array and partial re-roof on my home which we are very pleased with. A year later hail damage forced the re-roof of the entire home. I went back to Triton. Three jobs later, I am totally satisfied with the cost, schedule, performance and customer relationship of this company. Well done!

The owner stopped by my house to help me - on my time, not his! WOW! Were not in a hurry to get my money - rather the opposite. They stay busy for a reason. They are great folks, with a great work ethic and work with the customer to keep them satisfied, not keep themselves paid. ABSOLUTELY enjoyed my experience so much, I now consider them my roofing company. They now take care of my rental property as well!! I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and the home was in pretty good shape. I had somebody come over to look at the leak and they said this is a roof problem and we cannot fix the ceiling until you take care of the roof. Triton was the first company I chose to come out. They confirmed that there was flashing missing and that was the source of the leaking in the bathroom. The technician came out very quickly and got the job done within 10 or 15 minutes. I was very pleased with their work and how promptly they came out. They were punctual and efficient. We haven't had any problems since and we would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Triton Roofing & Solar. Every interaction we had with them from sales, to the installers to the office staff was positive. The work was done quickly considering the amount of homes that were impacted in our area. We would definitely call on Triton in the future for our Roofing needs!!

The Triton crew arrived and completed the whole project on schedule. They cleaned up quite well afterwards. The gutters were installed by a subcontractor to Triton. I have referred both companies to others.

We would like to thank Triton Roofing and Solar for making the process of getting our roof replaced as painless as possible!! Everyone that we dealt with was very courteous and professional. We were impressed by how quickly they were able to complete the job, especially with the number of homes that were affected by the storm. They arrived promptly on the date of schedule. Covered our bushes and surrounding areas with tarps! And cleaned up all the debris from the old roof. Used a magnet for nails and other metals for pickup. They worked all day to finish our roof in one day! They were kind and great workers... I highly recommend this Company for your "NEW ROOF". They went the extra mile!
