Tri-Lakes Disposal

We switched from a waste management company homed out of Colorado Springs to tri-lakes disposal.  Our service is excellent.  On more than one occasion, the neighbors' dogs have torn our trash apart and, although it is not their job, tri-lakes disposal cleaned up the entire mess.  The men are courteous and efficient.  They go above and beyond customer service expectations!

My experience has been excellent. They are continuous and they are always good. They are very professional, very friendly, very client orientated.

The lady that answered the phone was super nice and extremely helpful. My service was set-up quickly, the can was delivered in time for the following week's pickup, and the guys who did the first pickup were nice enough to move the can well off the road and back onto the property after they emptied the container. It's only been a couple of weeks but I am very happy with the service so far. Tri-Lakes was a bit more expensive than Waste Management but I'm all for supporting local businesses when possible.

We never had a problem with Tri Lakes and was actually impressed by them. They never had an issue with extra bags outside the can and were always on time.
One thing of note. We had a very long driveway, with a gate about 1/3 of the way in. They were always good about walking the can down the drive a little ways so it was off of the road. On particularly windy days, the collector would walk the can all the way to the gate and put it right against it, so as to prevent the can from blowing into the fence or down the road (I assume this is why it was done). This made an impression on me.

We overfilled the dumpster, but they didn't seem to mind. Still took it, no problem. The price was not great, but it was average with all teh other local companies.

It's going very well. They pick up the trash weekly and the recycling 2 x month. They put the barrels down on the ground so they don't blow away.

I switched to Tri-Lakes as my garbage service in October and have been
very very satisfied with the service. Their pickup is always prompt and
they always take the time to get the bin back into my driveway so it is
not sitting on the street. I really recommend them.

They were really nice. I kept the dumpster for a couple of months and it wasn't any extra charge for the extra time. Then, when I was done and I got around to it, they hauled it off. I was very pleased with them. Their normal business is their weekly trash collection and I was their customer for that too. Every week they would pick up the garbage. They were great for that, then when I moved and needed the dumpster they were great for that too. I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping but to give them anything other than an A makes it seem like they were less than perfectly fine so I will give them an A. They'd be my go-to guys if I was still in that area.
