I have repeatedly been very impressed with the service provided by Toyota Tech on my Toyota Camry. They are thorough, honest, fair priced, and very accommodating. They do only the requested maintenance on my vehicle but will point out other essential maintenance that will need to be done in the future. I am becoming a loyal customer of Toyota Tech.

Excellent service. Dave (owner) and Kim care about their customers and provide great service. They work closely with a rental car company that offers their customers a low daily rate for a rental. You can even drop the car off at Toyota Tech at the end of the day rather than having to first go to the rental car company. I have complete confidence in their workmanship and knowledge. Toy Tech is a business that has earned my trust.

Went well. I would recommend Mike McGee as the man to work with. I have worked with others at the Toyota on Austin Bluffs and Woodmen but he stands out above the rest. If he is not there I come back when he is. He is worth the wait. I have three toyotas. I have a camry, corolla and sienna. He knows his stuff. He educates you as well.

Kim, who runs the business, and Dad, Dave Bryant, who began the business, are a couple of the most honest and genuine individuals you'd care to meet. I've been taking my 1992 Camry XLE, with 216,000 miles, to Toyota Tech for several years; and it just keeps running and running. Highly recommend.

On July 06, 2011 On vacation in Colorado Springs, CO. my check engine light came on in my 2006 Toyota Corolla. I Called Dave at Toy Tech, it is a family ran business and went to his shop. It was discovered that the gas cap was not on good. He reset the computer code and DID NOT CHARGE ME!!!!! I even offered to pay, but he said no. He was a very nice man and his family was very nice also. He treated me right.

I would recommend Toyota Tech for integrity and quality and price - the trifecta of any auto service shop - to anyone! Before I found Toyota Tech, I called around to other local mechanic shops and was told I needed up to $400 in work. Kim, who answers the phone, immediately knew the problem and told me it was a little part that cost less than $10! She said that since Toyota Tech only works on Toyota they were familiar with the issue. They never talk badly about competitors and yet they are heads above anyone else I have gone to for repairs and maintenance in my 27 years living in Colorado Springs. They never find problems that 'don't exist' - and in fact, have reassured me that I could wait on certain services to protect my budget. Here is a startling example of their honesty: one day after returning to work from their shop, Kim called me to ask if I had lost any money? My brother had given me $200 in cash, and I had accidentally dropped it in the Toyota Tech parking lot. She let me know it was safe with her until I picked it up. I am not a personal friend, family, and don't even go to church with the members of this family-run small business, but I cannot say enough how grateful I am that they have kept my little car 'Colette' running so well.

Valve job shoddy with no offer to correct. Timing job ok, but I question quality. If I ask for Toyota parts I mean Toyota not other. If Toyota parts could not be obtained I would expect a phone call telling me so. No offer to correct bad timing dust seal placement. I have to say they are very personable and nice people. Just quality at issue.

This was my worst experience with a repair shop in all my 56 years. They misrepresented the initial estimate of the repir cost. They did not give my money back knowing the auto was not fixed. I had to sue them in small claims court and only recovered 70% of all my money that was invested. They had my Lexus from October 11, 2009 through December 11,2009 and that is when I hired a tow truck company to haul it to the dealership for the repair.The Kuni Lexus dealership repair shop fixed my car in 45 minutes with their full staff of mechanics 1st thing that Monday morning and it cost me $110.64 and it has not had one incident of it dieing in over 3 months of driving. The hardship of not having my car for 2 months during our busiest time of the year working for the US Postal Service was a hardship that I would not wish anyone to go through. Toy Tech did not offer me a rental car and it was not in our budget to get one. I found out later my chiropractor took her Toyota Highlander to the same shop for a repair and had to buy a complete new engine for her car because she could not prove if Toy Tech was telling the truth or Toyota Headquarters was. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP IF YOU VALUE YOUR LEXUS OR YOUR TOYOTA AUTOMOBILE.
