Yes, I recommend this pro

New to Colorado and a house with a sun room, I was unhappy with the ice and rain creating streaks on the windows.  A contractor we consulted suggested a drip edge and recommended Lance Gilbert.  Lance was very creative in devising a metal drip edge to attach to a very difficult and challenging structure.  The sun room is on the main level of our house which has a walk-out basement, so the sun room windows are at a second-story level.  Lance and his helper had to work from very tall ladders.  The windows of the sun room are framed in metal so the drip edge had to be glued (if I understand correctly) with some very sticky special kind of glue, because drilling into the metal frames of the windows might have broken the windows.  Lance caulked the openings between the sections of the edge and that has worked pretty well - not perfectly, but well.  We still have a stream of water running down one window.  Overall, I am much happier with the way the windows look now when it rains or the ice and snow is melting.  Instead of the water or melting snow running off the skylight windows and straight down the vertical windows, the run-off drips off the edge of the metal drip edge.
These windows are so high up it is very risky for me or my husband to climb up to wash them - and they needed washing a lot prior to having the drip edge installed.
Lance gave us an estimate for this job based on his daily rate plus materials,  His estimates are based on how much time he thinks a job is going to take and it is fixed at either a day or a half-day.  One gets him for this amount of time, so be prepared to have jobs to take up that amount of time if you want to get your money's worth.
Also, we didn't get a written proposal or a written invoice.
Lance repaired the stucco on our house (half-a-dozen places) in September 2012 -  $351.73.  It looks okay - we had some stucco left by the previous owner which Lance was able to use - doesn't match exactly.  Lance told us about something called "fog coat" that can be sprayed on patches to cover them up so they aren't so obvious, but we haven't pursued that.
