Total Service Group

They advertise in the Gazette classifieds under the name "AAA Hauling". I called them and they gave an estimate over the phone with the understanding they would give a firm price on-site. Jared said he would drive by to look at the job later that day and they would start at 9:00 am the next day. They did not show up the next morning and they did not call. I called them after a couple of hours and they said the price would be $110 (46%) more than originally estimated and they agreed to come at 4:00 pm later that day and to call if they weren't going to be on time. They did not show up at 4:00 and they never showed up or called. At that point I did not attempt any further contact with this company as they were clearly unreliable. Their initial price estimate was good but they did not deliver so therefore I cannot recommend this company.

Jared gave us an estimate for trimming bushes and aerating the lawn. Jared and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of trimming the bushes. However, the aerating equipment was broken and we were told that they would be back the next week to complete the job. They came back only after we had made several calls requesting that the work be completed and they came back with the same broken equipment. They were unable to aerate. We were promised (several times) a refund for not being able to complete the work. On our last phone call to Jared, we again requested a refund and stated that we are members of Angie's list and would be submitting a report. It has been over 2 months and still no refund. We are extremely disappointed in Total Service Group.
