Total Roofing

They did a good job. Wasn't a big project, other firms weren't interested in taking the job. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use them in the future.

Total Roofing spun on a dime for me, between insurance issues and weather, they really came thru, thanks for the serious assist!

I have been trying to get the repairs completed and in accordance with my HOA since August 2016. Neither total roofing nor their sub-contractors have been responsive or addressing the outstanding issues. The work that was completed was shotty to say the least and unacceptable. There was additional damaged caused to my home by Total Roofing and their sub-contractors that I was told would be supplemented by Total Roofing and the work has yet to be completed. I hired an additional contractor to do the painting on my house and have paid that contractor is full as total roofing has not responded to my requests for payment and status of additional repairs still needing to be completed. The costs to repair the damage total roofing and their sub-contractors have caused is almost $15,000, which total roofing is well aware of.

Total Roofing was timely and responsive in regards to inspection, estimate and scheduling repair. Repair was completed today April 10, 2017. The workman was right on time, professional, and very nice. Cleaned up afterwards.

When we called about the last leak that caused interior ceiling and wall damage, we received a helpful response initially. A contractor came and made the necessary repair to the roof and said someone would be in touch about the interior repairs in a week or two. Both he and the operator I spoke to confirmed our roof was under warranty and any repairs exterior or interior were covered. Fast forward a month, two months, and so forth. After numerous calls and being shuffled around by those answering the phones at the office, we still were getting nowhere. We were told numerous times someone would be in touch shortly, but to no avail. We finally had to file a formal complaint with the BBB 5 months into it to get matters taken care of. It was 6 months after the leak before they did the repairs that they had told us from the beginning they would do and assured us were covered under their warranty. During the coarse of time, however, they tried to get out of it-even saying that our warranty was only for 3 years even though it was clearly stated as 5 years on several places on our contract, and stating that they made numerous attempts and calls to resolve the matter, which our cellphone and email records clearly refute. They provided misinformation to the BBB about the situation and went so far as to state that they went above and beyond their responsibility which is completely laughable. What a headache it was to try to get the repairs done caused by their workmanship issues! While the contractors were generally helpful and courteous, the office personnel we had to go through and representatives corresponding with the BBB were not at all.

Fair price, fast and detail quote information, they cleaned up the yard very well after the job was done.

Very professional and on time. Workmanship on the roof was great.

Estimate was provided within a couple of days of my initial call.  Jason Congin was very prompt, courteous and professional.  Work was performed promptly and professionally.  They even went beyond the scope of the specified work when indications showed another possible questionable area.  They replaced that portion at no extra cost.  Not certain yet whether the fix was effective.  The leak is/was intermittent and illusive and we have probably not had the right weather conditions to effectively test it, but I am hopeful.  
They were very reasonably priced.  Other bidders attempted to increase the work as much as possible by selling us a decease and trying to scare us.  One even claimed to see hail damage and wanted to replace the whole roof.  Obviously, these companies are used to working with insurance companies and not the homeowner?s wallet.  Their bids were many times that offered by Total Roofing.
Total Roofing will be my preferred roofing company from now on.

Partial Shingle replacement - Can't even tell where the new ones replaced the old shingles. The county inspector was perplexed trying to figure it out. We watched the work and they took their time and it looks good. They also talked us out of spending extra (our own money) to replace the whole roof. We have defective shingles w/ no warranty since we just moved in. Relayed we could last at least 3-5 more years (Colorado Years are like dog years w/ our weather).
Gutters - almost all of them replaced minus a downspout or two. - they look so much better and work as advertised. 
Screens - We can see out the windows again. Weather and hail turned them into crap. Screens are nice and tight.
Vents & caps - all painted to fit in and work great.
Pergola - pressure washed and re-stained the top. We had just stained it 2 days before the hail storm. Looks good and will improve the look for a few more years. 
Through out the process Total Roofing worked with us to make sure it was all good and we payed according to work done. 
They worked with USAA to get our depreciation back allowing us to get all the work done minus  $250 for stucco. Thank You.
Even when the mortgage company took almost a month to disburse the money back to us so we could pay Total Roofing they were very kind and willing to work with it through. I believe they must have worked on other jobs Stearns Lending has been involved with. 
When it is time to get that new set of shingles on our roof - you bet we'll only use Total Roofing. 
We have give 4 of our Neighbors their info. A few are waiting til spring to complete the job with Total Roofing.

They did the job very professionally. Cleaned up evberything when finished.

Total Roofing was very responsive and upfront and honest in all areas of construction bid. They offered many choices and options for us to update and repair our home. The crew cleaned up really nice after work was finished and asked if we were satisfied with the cleanup and job before leaving the jobsite!

Great.  Crew on time, cleaned up well.  Supervisor inspected site a few days later.  Very responsive to my wants and needs.
The company also took the time to become a preferred provider for my insurance company, reducing the cost.

due to wind storm we lost a couple shingles. had to get all new shingles due to having 't-lock' shingles. used our insurance company and total roofing did the work. roof was almost done in a day. the only issue was that they use sub-contractors for the wood work and gutters so they were not as reliable. perhaps they should have their own crews for that.

I spent about $12000. They were honest, they did a good job cleaning up and they fixed any issues that we had.
