Shane, the owner, was totally professional through the process. He took special interest in making sure the job was done exactly as I wanted. He has been professional trained in flooring and it shows in his work. When he left the site, everything was cleaned up as it was prior to the flooring being installed.

They measured the room prior to the work, explained to me about how the flooring would be adjusted to fit with adjacent carpeting, that they would need to take a runner off an existing closet and then replace it, how the trim would be installed, and answered all my questions.
