Real Estate Service
Todd is merciless when telling you how to stage your property for quick/best sale, but is always right. He also is very valuable in locating reasonably priced contractors to provide needed repair or improvement. He will also provide very good recommendations on why to buy or not buy a property, even if it means that he will have to put in a lot more time to find a better deal. When I sold my house, I had offers from about 50% of the people who saw the house (after implementing his staging advice).
