Our experience with them went well. Overall, the job went great. We love it and now we are ready to sell our house. It was all clean. They were on time, did everything, and there was little mess.

Ryan was willing to visit my house and discuss the job with me on a week night.  He listened carefully to what I wanted to have done, asked pertinent questions and promptly returned a bid that was very reasonable.  He and his brother were always prompt and thoroughly explained any issues and suggested work arounds that gave good results.  He did not require any advance money for supplies or progress payments, even though I offered a couple of times. They were very concientious about cleaning up before they left at the end of the day.  The job was completed in a timely manner. He did spend more time than estimated to complete the job.  However, he adjusted his hourly rate down, so the final cost was only slightly over bid.  I thought that was extremely fair.  It is now a year later and I am very happy with the work done.  I have not had any issues with plumbing, or cabinets.  I was not, however, particulary happy with the tile work done for the backsplash.  The grout was not done as nicely as expected.  To be fair, I believe this work was hurried because they were already over the estimated time for the project.  I interviewed several contractors/handymen before deciding on TKR.  Some were considerably higher in cost than TKR.  They may have preformed a slightly higher quality of work however, I believe I got a far better deal overall than if I had spent twice the money to get the job done.  I love my new kitchen and am very thankful for the courteous, efficient, prompt and well done manner in which the job was done.  I would not hesitate to hire TKR again.

TKR Construction Inc did a fine job. He was very punctual, he always came when he said he would and he explained everything which I really appreciated. His quality of work was good. I am not happy about the back splash but I have not talked to him about it so I don't think I would recommend anyone to use him for tiles.

I had heard of TKR Construction through a friend and seen their work first hand. My friend was happy with their service and attention to detail so suggested them to me. I had aluminum windows in my home and could hear cars going by outside as if the windows were open and could also feel a draft through the windows. I then called TKR and they worked with me on the estimate I needed to provide to my bank to get a loan to replace the windows in my home. Once the service was agreed upon TKR was punctual and got the work done in 1 day on 10 windows. My wife was happy with the work and so was I. Now when I go to check on my kids at night I don't check to see if the windows are closed when a car passes by.
I have also gotten a tile floor done in my kitchen by TKR that looks great.
They recently finished installing hardwood flooring in approximately 400sq ft in my dining room and upstairs living room. My wife loves it. The hardwood replaced old carpet with pet stains and discoloration from age and use, see pictures of the new hardwood.

Overall the service was great and the pricing was competitive.
