Their prices are reasonable and their service is good. Sometimes you have to shop around a lot so it is a little frustrating when you have to do that. They want you to bring the vehicle in and you can't just call and ask for certain prices.

I have always been pleased with their service. The staff were great. We just work with them so we are not looking for a speedy service we are just looking for there service. They are not a discount place but you can trust there work. They are excellent. I have never had any problems with them. I would use them again in the future. We have used them for 30 years.

They are prompt, courteous, and good in what they do. They have locations just about everywhere and their price is good. The shop was not overly large, but is not super small.

Proven to be good honest guys over the years at a good price for service work! My only regret is when I've gone to others.

Our last visit was for tires for a new (to us) SUV, but we have depended on Tire World for all of our auto service since 1992. They have a complete service record for our cars, and have been helpful in recommending the appropriate services that our cars have needed. They don't pad the bill with extra work, they do the job right the first time, and if they can't do the work (such as transmissions) they know reputable businesses who do. They recommended a nice set of good quality tires for us, which have performed well on bad roads as well as good ones. The service was done promptly and they shuttled us to and from work, a nice convenience. They didn't sell us the cheapest tires nor the most expensive ones, and we've been happy with the whole experience. We will continue to use Tire World for all of our vehicle maintenance needs.

It was an electrical problem, and they searched for the suspected short after some initial diagnoses. A couple days into the search they called me and said they'd found the problem, it was not a short, and they told me, "We should have found this right away". I asked, "How much?" and they said "No charge." I insisted they take some money for their time, but they refused. Wow.
