+ -1 moreI've been going to them for years for most of the needs of my truck. I just drop it off in the morning, pick it up at night. They call me when it's done. It takes maybe four hours. I just talk to the guy in the front office. I don't talk to the actual workers. When they're done, they go through it with me -- what they did -- and let me know of any problems, or things that maybe I need to have fixed in addition, or next time, or whatever. They could improved because they're kind of 'first come, first served.” Appointments would be nice so I know that I'm going to get it and how long it's going to take and all that kind stuff.

+ 0 moreIt was a typical visit to the tire shop. The problem is that without asking, they charged me $10 for tire protection plan. I noticed this well after the service was done. Very unprofessional, makes you feel they cheat you. I will not go back there

+ -1 moreThe staff here is great and one thing I really like is that when you walk in, you recognize the staff and they recognize you. I somehow ran over a nail and hopeful the tire could be repaired. However, once they got the tire off my car, they could see the wires coming through and suggested a new tire. The good news: I had purchased their road hazard coverage which made the tire rotation free. I felt very relieved they had found a bad tire for me, before I found it stranded on the side of the road. They did have to keep my car over night (in order to get the tire in) but had it finished and ready to go when I needed it in the morning.

+ -1 moreThese guys are awesome. They are honest, reliable, and they do great work. I have been taking my car to this shop for years. Several acquaintances have told me they take their cars there too and are equally happy with their service. They also have a shuttle van for driving customers home and to the shop while their cars are being worked on. Great place. I recommend them to everybody.
