The staff here is great and one thing I really like is that when you walk in, you recognize the staff and they recognize you. I somehow ran over a nail and hopeful the tire could be repaired. However, once they got the tire off my car, they could see the wires coming through and suggested a new tire. The good news: I had purchased their road hazard coverage which made the tire rotation free. I felt very relieved they had found a bad tire for me, before I found it stranded on the side of the road.
They did have to keep my car over night (in order to get the tire in) but had it finished and ready to go when I needed it in the morning.
