Every part of this project went very well. Scott is prompt, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He was able to install the new water heater within a week of first calling him. He arrived right on time and within 2 hours was done.

The job was an "A" overall. It went really well. I did feel like some of his products were a little limited and I was hoping for some more environmentally conscious choices. My knowledge on that is a little limited so maybe that was an unrealistic expectation. I had to really probe him to find the most efficient unit. He was really good and went outside of the scope of the job that we hired him for when he recognized additional existing problems that may not have passed code.
