Elysa created a design that met all my specifications and was more creative than had envisioned. The design process was accomplish in a few weeks with multiple meetings. The installation was scheduled to start soon after the design was finished, and was completed quickly. There were a few minor issues with the installation, which were corrected quickly to my satisfaction. Overall Timberline did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

Timberline did my landscaping. They did everything I asked for and more. Elysia, the landscape architect drew a plan that was exactly what I wanted and added several features that I did not think of. The guys who did the work showed up when they were supposed to and worked hard every day. They were courteous and careful. When the job was done they did a walk through to make sure everything was okay. Someone stopped by a couple days later and checked again. When I found one minor problem, they came right out and fixed it. You won't regret hiring them.

I've used them in the past. I used them because they had a coupon in the news paper. Overall I wasn't pleased with their performance.

They are responsive and knowledgeable. We decided to go with them because of their overall reputation and originally the responsive and the quote that they gave us for major landscaping.

They did really well. They didn't take very long to finish the work. They were very knowledgable and professional.

They are one of the preferred providers when we moved into this neighborhood. They do triple "A" work. We have had them come back and do our landscaping. We had them do it originally and then we had an extended patio and they came back and did that, and then we had the driveway extended and they came out and they did that. So, it is a really good company. I am going to call them this spring. We have mulch in the front yard and I am going to have them put river rock to replace it because we have so much wind here in Colorado Springs, wood mulch just tends to lift up and fly away. They are a good company. They are very responsive. They do excellent work; all their workers just do a really good job. They work until they get it just so; they do not just go stuff down and leave you. They are very particular and they do a very very good job.

My husband was impressed with the company and the people running it. They had all the equipment. My husband appreciated that.

It went very smoothly. The initial group of workers showed up right on time. The foreman introduced himself to me and let me know I was to contact him if there were any problems. Depending on what stage they were in there was anywhere from to 10 people working for the next 5 days. They scheduled their deliveries of rock and sod so they never idle. When they were ready to leave I told them that I had noticed that some of the sprinkler heads were not capped off and one of the zones was not working. The foreman called the office and within minutes the sprinkler expert was there and had every thing fixed in an hour. I have read reports that this company is expensive. I don't know about that. I believe you get what you pay for. I have had many people stop by and tell me hoe much they like the yard. That makes the cost worth it to me.

They were very professional and very good. We actually had them to give us a quote we were thinking about having some major renovation but it was such a lot of money we decided not to do it. It was a lot of work and they were overpriced and relatively not moving and retaining the wall and trying to expand the graft of it. It was just more expensive then what we thought it was going to be but they did the original work on the house.

I would urge anyone who uses this company to verify visually anything you are having installed. They do good work, but we pointed to a neighboring rock bed and said we wanted to match that color. At several rock yards it's referred to as blue grey, yet their rock yard had something else called blue grey. They refused to fix the problem when I told them after they started putting it down it's the wrong rock, the next day the put the rest of it down and then wanted to charge us 6,000 dollars to fix the problem they created. So we were stuck with the rock, also the flagstone they brought in was yellow which is not what my wife wanted again they went their own way with the design without consulting us and to fix that they wanted thousands of dollars again. A path on the side of the house was built with what's called breeze and it's pretty steep, they built the path, but also the downspouts were supposed to flow towards the street not the back yard, and they failed to tell us about the neighbors downspout and the first big storm washed a 1 foot deep trench on the side our our house. When we told them about it they fixed it, and told us it was our neighbors fault. If they would of told me up front about that problem I would of used cement. In the end I paid 700 to move my neighbors downspout down the side of their home and the landscaper modified my spout to drain towards the street for free. Do not appreciate the additional cost. Also the weed block they use, weeds grow on it, had to roundup all the rock areas to stop weeds from growing up, they just grow on top of the rocks.

They did really great work, but they are a pain to work with. If there is anything in the contract they can use to get out of fixing something they will do it. The owner blamed us for the problems and refused to accept any blame. We paid for a design, we are not designers, and we did not really get a proper design service. When we asked about a rock look, we were told to go to a rock yard and check it out, different rock yards call different things the same name.

Timeberline did top-quality work. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and from what we saw they provide excellent quality! From the time they first showed for the estimate to when the work was completed was just under one month. Their crew was absolutely professional and did outstanding work. Both the on-the-scene foreman and visiting supervisor (who showed up at least once a day over the 3 day job) were approachable and easy to work with. Simply stated, we're satisified customers!

Timberline Landscaping Inc was a very good company but, I spend a lot on their services. They communicated very well. At one point they had so much work as one of the landscapers went on maternity leave and we got quite lost in the shuffle. They took initiative and rectified it. They were good about it.
