We have six oak dining room chairs that would have cost at least $150 each to replace. The chair frames are solid oak and although they are over twenty years old, they are very solid and structurally sound . After shopping at a few local furniture retailers we decided to check Angie's List for a businness that could rebuild the cushions. We selected Timberline Foam and Upholstery. After talking with Kim and getting an estimate, we took the cushions to their shop. They showed us the materials they would use and we negotiated a very fair price. They estimated the work would be done in two to three weeks. Nine days later the work was completed. The cushions have better support then when new. Our only regret is that we did not have them do this job prior to the holidays.

I had some leather cushions that had buttons popping off. Shane jumped in and instantly found the problem, quickly found a perfect material match and solution, and quickly gave me a VERY reasonable estimate to fix them, even right then if I had had them with me! I was later so surprised to find out that the girls even lowered the price when I came to pick them up, because they had a sale that started that day and they honored it even though I never mentioned it or knew about it and had brought the project in BEFORE the sale. Shane and the two girls there ( I wish I had gotten their names as well) went way and above what I expected in their attention to detail and service. They jumped on my small project from beginning to final pick up with such a degree of care and concern, that I have rarely ever seen. People that give a d***, even though your project may be small, show a level of character that must be promoted. This type of service is so rare these days. I have other larger projects and there is no doubt where I will be taking my business. I hope they do well, and believe they will, because true servant businesses will be the only ones that will be left standing in the tough days ahead!

The footrests on my recliner kept coming loose from the chair and I would have to screw them back in. Having used Timberline once before, I took the footrests to them to see if they could replace them with better wood or plywood. They were very friendly, as they had been before, and the technician came to the front of the store and inspected the footrest. He told me that new plywood would be best and pointed out that the larger of the two footrests was just a cheap cardboard! He estimated about two weeks for the work, based on their other projects. They called me a week later and the foot rests were done. They even had good vinyl that matched the original color.
I was very pleased with their professionalism and friendliness and very happy with the final product. I definitely recommend Timberline Foam and Upholstery!
