THOMAS HOME IMPROVEMENT

Ron and Trevor are hacks, bordering on con artists. I hired them in Feb 22 to frame and drywall my basement. They started a week later then agreed upon and didn't come to the jobsite before 1030 for the duration. They didn't work past 3 either. There was always an excuse. The finished product was terrible. Framing done incorrectly, things way out of square, the drywall finish could have been done better by a first grader. I paid them in full as they assured me they would fix any problems that might arise. I called the very next day to voice my concern. Ron came that afternoon. He brought a can of spray texture to "fix" the problem areas. He made it worse and admitted that to fix the job he'd need to do the whole thing over and he wasn't going to do that. He asked me "what did I expect, his name was not Pablo." I asked them for the $1000 dollars I paid for the finish minus materials. They told me to pack sand.
