I was undecided about what type of neighborhood I wanted: downtown, mountain, suburban. So Steve drove me everywhere and talked honestly and positively about every neighborhood. He really knew the area well, and when he didn't know something he researched it. His web site had excellent search capabilities, so I "looked at" dozens of houses before going into them. He noticed and remembered details like size and age of water heaters, appliances included, type of windows, etc. I didn't feel that he pushed me toward any particular house, but I did like his advice on resale possibilities and potential problems. He was always positive and encouraging. He remained patient when I had to have my two small children with me. I feel that he was very honest and professional.
