They showed up on time they were efficient and got it done and were actually very clean and did not leave any tools laying around and finished the work on schedule. Any reasons for rescheduling were notified and communicated and they did everything that was expected and more.

The Rich Company was comparable in cost for our kitchen remodel. Their personal attention to our needs and requests was consistent, accommodating and appreciated. They have an eye for quality and never cut corners. Their knowledge of the many facets of construction was amazing. I enjoyed working with them on this 30k+ project and would hire The Rich Company again.

They came out to start the roof the day after I spoke to them. Did a great job. I contracted him as my general contractor for the rest of my home since there was a lot of damage. It looked good but once i started looking more, there was a board missing here and there and some pieces looked a little sloppy but he did a good job as far as how fast he got in there, their customer service, and finding people to do the job for cheap.

Rich & Scott were really great. They were patient with me as a fumbled thru figuring out exactly what I wanted, and gave their own personal and professional input as well. We kept our kitchen layout the same but got new cabinets, new granite tops, and added a backsplash. From demo. to work being complete was only 5 days! Quality work, great guys, highly recommend and I will definitely be using them for future projects!

Scott & Rich have a good understanding of remodeling business. I had a plan in mind and they were very helpful in explaining what worked and didn't work for a basement remodel and how to get to my finished result. Fair price, quality work, professional and personable. Highly recomnend!

Rich was really on the ball, inspecting my roof for repair, discovering the need for roof replacement, communicating with my insurance company to get me the best coverage, installing a new roof, and getting all of this done in a few days. He really knows the trade and the business of roofing.

The Rich Company was quite thorough with the inspection of the house after hail hit it pretty good. They were able to submit and get additional funds for damage not originally listed by the insurance adjuster. Additionally, they were courteous, on time with their work and respectful of my pets when they had to "go out".. I would recommend The Rich Company for any roof work need and as an advocate for the homeowner when natural disasters hit us.
