 + -1 moreI googled for Top Realtors in my area in hopes of selling our home. We had a prospective buyer that needed assistance with the down payment and had been turned down by several providers already. I explained this to Debbie Sherman and she with no profit to her are her company provided free of charge the name of a program thru a provider with contact info. I passed this to my prospective buyer who who has applied and feels postive about this provider. I also received a sales presentation from this company which is very open an appealing. This presentation gave an average sell time on homes of 28 days. Their sales fees are very resonable from 1-7% and should you sell it yourself their is no charge. You can cancel your contract with them in 2 days not 90 as with other realtors. This company cares more about people than they do money which is refreshing! If my prospective buyer is unable to get a loan I will be listing with the The Kibler Group a partner of Keller Williams.
