"We at Team Plumbing do sincerely regret and apologize for the hardship that this family endured as a result of the plumbing leak. Since Team Plumbing's inception, we have plumbed thousands of houses and commercial buildings of all types and although circumstances like this are rare, they do happen to us and all plumbers. Whether the leak was caused by a faulty component in the system or human error during installation, we have and will do everything in our power to resolve any and all situations to the homeowner's satisfaction. Our reputation is extremely important to us and we continually evaluate and train our employees with new technology to our ultimate goal of perfection. In the construction industry, perfection is hardly obtainable due to a multitude of factors, but we try our best. At the time of this occurrence, we felt that we were doing everything in our power to make the situation better. We replaced every valve in the house of the same type that caused the leak. Since we only do plumbing, we were unaware of any other repair issues experienced by the homeowner. Again, we do regret and apologize for the impression our company has made on this family."
