We are locally owned and operated with our office located in Colorado Springs - we are NOT an affiliate or franchise of a national company. All of our technicians and office personnel are paid employees - NOT subcontractors like our larger competitors. After hours & weekend calls are answered 24/7 by a "Live" technician who can troubleshoot immediately over the phone or get "on-site" if needed. We offer 36 and 60 month contracts with no automatic price increase provisions - our agreed price is what we put in writing for the length of the contract. We currently offer no cost on-site consultations, no cost installation, no activation fees, and both relocation & referral programs.
