Jairo did a great job adding a new outlet for us. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly adapted when the first source for the new outlet could not be used. Third time using Swartz and will do so again when necessary. Was willing to answer electrical questions unrelated to the job being performed.

Everything went exceptionally well. Jeremy & Briana were very punctual and were in fact early! They began work promptly after reviewing with me per the service order provided by George. We were all very clear about expectations and the practiced a "divide and conquer" course of action. Jeremy concentrated on the "high work". All 3 lights I had wired are in a vaulted ceiling and Briana concentrated on the lower work that included installing a new floor box, running wires through the crawl space & installing a new wall outlet behind a wall mounted flat screen TV. Finally No More Cords running all over the floor! Jeremy & Briana worked well together and it appeared that Briana was the newer member of the team & asked questions as needed. It was actually rather refreshing to see & hear them work well and for Jeremy to provide answers when needed in a non-condescending way. I'm already looking at other projects that aren't quite on the same scale, but still not something I have the skills for. They were in & out within about 6 hours total and Absolutely worth the cost! Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures at this time as I'm remodeling the rooms they worked on/in and we're not ready yet. That's absolutely my issue and No Delays whatsoever on their part. Their work Rocks!

We get to add some extra praise after our second project with Swartz Electric. We needed some 220 AMP wiring to parts of the house for some heavy-duty appliances, and we got an estimate from Swartz both the high and the low possibilities (depending on some lengths and testing, etc.). They guys were great, and at the end of the day, without any prompting form me, Jason re-did the estimate with some considerable savings on my part, explaining that the higher costs were not necessary to safely complete the work. Jason and his partner Andrew were pleasant, competent, safe, and in this last area, their integrity about charging only for the work that was performed (without any quibbling) was so refreshing! We're already talking to them about backup standby electric systems in our near future. This is the kind of company that makes you feel like there is an honest person not trying to take advantage of my comparative ignorance of these matters. Way to go, Jason and Andrew!

We can't say enough about the work that Jairo and Jeremy from Swartz Electric did for us. And Jason, who walked us through the inspection and estimate/scheduling process. We have had a home for 8 years, and we just needed to deploy electricity in different ways than we originally intended, repair some broken circuits (and really horrid and dangerous installations of outdoor lights). Everything about Swartz was professional. We walked through the deliverables in great detail, got estimates that were accurate and fair, and the two men who performed this work we wonderful to work with. Several time they highlighted some issues with safety, country code specs, and inspections that needed to take place (did not know that poor electrical work can affect your ability to sell your home). We are already setting up further work for our home gym. In a world where everyone is in a hurry to slap things together, they took the time to answer our questions and explain their work. So refreshing! Keep it going, Swartz Electric!

Joshua came to my house to install a second NEMA 14-50 in preparation for my second electric car (Cybertruck). Estimate was right on, and the work done was very clean and neat. This is the second time I used Swartz Electric and they are my go to electricians!

Jairo and Briana are outstanding representatives of Swartz Electric. Jairo took time to explain the process of replacement of an outlet and the product limitations. The project went very well. A 4-person team showed up on time and completed the work in the estimated time of 1 day. The crew was very efficient. They were relatively quiet while they worked- that is, no excessively loud or unnecessary noises. They cleaned up after they were done. The team leader went over the final invoice and charges with me.

I had two recent electric problems to fix involving miswired lighting. Both times Bruce came out, he diagnosed both problems, and got them fixed. I highly recommend Bruce and Swartz Electric, they are my go-to electricians.

I was having issues with my clothes dryer constantly flipping the breaker. Bruce and Briana came to my house and quickly identified the issue. They installed a new breaker and while doing so, they also identified and corrected concerns within the electrical panel that could potentially cause problems in the future. Both were very knowledgeable and answered additional questions I had.

We moved to Colorado Spring last summer and have used Schwartz several times to update and fix multiple electrical projects. Schwartz electricians (and office staff) are terrific. They are very professional and obviously take care only to hire qualified electricians. Jason and Bruce came the last time and troubleshoot several outlets that were wired incorrectly. They kept tracing lines until everything was all wired correctly, above what the initial issue was. Would use Schwartz anytime.

Both experiences were phenomenal. During the first project (which was to upgrade my houses breaker panel in order to support another 220v as well as to handle the load of a kiln) Heath truly went over the top to make sure the work they performed was of the highest quality, but also to make sure that I was 110% satisfied. The second project (certain outlets wouldn't work and wouldn't respond to the breaker panel) was performed by Joshua. Joshua was also exceptional, he made sure I understood the issue, why it happened, and how to prevent/what could trigger it again. These are my only two experiences with this company, but not only am I 100% certain in the ability of any employee here, but there is also no doubt in my mind who I will call again when I need anything electrical done. Truly worthy of an A rating.

This company made a great impression right out of the gate. The owner of the company came by and walked the property with me and went over the electrical work in detail. I needed three outdoor waterproof electrical junction boxes installed where NO power was pre-existing. Greg arrived right on time and not once did he try to oversell or "out-jargon" me. He was honest and even came up with an idea for placement of the boxes in a better location than I'd originally thought of, or thought possible. Robert arrived on 4 September, 2018 again promptly and in 4 short hours he ran all conduit boxes and installed the devices onto the weatherproof junction boxes he'd installed. All of the boxes were installed a minimum of 9' along the facia. He never smelt like smoke, was respectful of the numerous potted plants I had around one area, and in general was a pleasure to have at my home. The quality of work is beyond reproach which is what I demand in and on my home. 110% worth the money and 110% would recommend to anybody that cares about their home electrical being professionally installed and well designed to last a long time. THese are the go-to guys for electrical in the springs.

This is the second time I've used Swartz Electric. Joe was the electrician each time. Today I had Joe install a bathroom vanity LED light. The scheduler was very polite and helpful when I made the appointment. Joe called me the day of to let me know his expected ETA. Joe arrived timely and did the work in very quick time. I am very pleased with the Swartz people and the price of Swartz's services.
