We discovered that our backyard sprinkler system was not correctly working. We contacted SUPERIOR SYSTEMS (referred by Bill's Plumbing & Drain Service) and Johnny quickly responded to our call. Within a few days, Johnny came and diagnosed / repaired the problem. He also moved a sprinkler line ensuring proper water coverage for the grass / landscaped areas. He adjusted sprinkler heads as needed and even provided suggestions for a trouble lawn spot in the the front of the house. We looking forward to calling on SUPERIOR SYSTEMS in the future!

Superior Systems installed a sprinkler system at my elderly mother's house in May 2010. The sprinkler system had a two year labor and five year material warranty. Superior Systems has performed all maintenance services since the installation, in order to keep the warranty from being void. Superior Systems charged my mother $60 each time they performed the winterization or summer startup of her sprinkler system. Superior Systems performed the summer startup on May 7, 2013, and the water usage for the residence increased from approximately 13 cubic feet of water per day to more than 100 cubic feet of water per day for. The increased water usage was in violation of the city's water restrictions, and led to an outrageous utility bill (after the fines and charges). Superior Systems was notified about the problem as soon as my mother received notice from the utility company. Superior Systems responded multiple times over a three week time period, and blamed the utility company each time when they were not able to find the problem. I eventually turned the sprinkler system off and disconnected the water source to the sprinkler. The water usage immediately returned to normal. Superior Systems finally determined that the programmer was faulty, and replaced it. The water usage has been normal since the programmer was replaced. Superior Systems has refused to take any accountability for the excess water usage charged to my mother's utility bill, and implied that she should be grateful that they paid $100 out of pocket for the programmer.
