Way better than expected. Joe did an outstanding job. The job was different than a normal room stretch and sis t charge extra. Super professional. Even touched up some spots that were extra heavy from a cleaning the day before.

I like that this company does both carpets and air ducts in one appointment. The price was the best of those I researched and they honored a coupon I printed from Angie's List. I was satisfied with the cleaning and length of time it all took. I had to remind the technician of an air duct or two he missed, but we have a lot, so it's understandable. I don't think he cleaned the returns though - they look dusty (I didn't watch the whole time, so don't know for sure). Another reason I rated with a B and not A overall is because I read afterward from online advice on air duct cleaning that they should also clean deeper into the system, which SuperSteam does not do and didn't mention. Another positive: the carpets dried quickly as promised in their ads.

We have used Super Steam before. We called and made an appointment....the gentleman arrived a few minutes early. He cleaned the carpets, paying particular attention to the pet stains. (Which he removed) He even went above what was requested by cleaning the entry ways for some other rooms. Very pleased...would definitely hire again.

They showed up on time and I had moved some smaller pieces of furniture into the kitchen. He moved a big chair and ottomon into the kitchen to clean the carpet but did not move it back. I had to move it myself later but meanwhile it sat in the kitchen blocking the refrigerator and my path to the backyard. He moved another large upholstered chair to another part of the room and did not move it back after cleaning. He also moved a nightstand into a tiled area and left it there. This effectively blocked off my bathroom so I couldn't get to it. I pointed this out to him and he gave me some blocks to put under the nightstand but didn't move it for me. I was left to move it across the room myself. He should have moved the furniture a few feet, cleaned, and moved it back instead he rearranged my house and made it so I couldn't get to my bathroom or use the kitchen. I was in the yard working the whole time and he never asked if it was ok to do any of this.
I do not confront work people in my home when I am there alone and did not do so in this case especially when it was clear that he had no intention of moving the furniture back to it's original position after I asked him about the nightstand. After he left I called the company and to their credit they agreed that this was not what should have happened and offered to send somebody to move the furniture. I declined because I needed to be somewhere and couln't wait for them to come back. The carpet is clean but the reason I hire somebody to do this is so they will move the furniture, clean and put it back, not move the furniture, block my bathroom and kitchen.
While the carpet was cleaned and he showed up on time the individual that cleaned my carpet showed no respect to me, my home or my belongings.

Overall the gentleman was professional and did his best; unfortunately he couldn't get 2 quites large stains out at all and those 2 stains were the main reason we called them in the first place. The owner of the company told me there was nothing she could do, I asked for a discount on the price due to the stains not coming out and she very rudely declined saying she did all she could and I could take my business elsewhere. I reminded her that I was going to write a negative review on Angie's List...she said fine go ahead.

I called to schedule the appointment at 6 o'clock in the evening, and I was impressed that someone answered the call at that hour. A few days later, David arrived within the half hour window promised. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. As far as I can tell, he did a very thorough job, and I was very satisfied with the job. Also, I had an exceptionally long dryer vent, but there was no additional fee for the extra length.
At first, I was skeptical of the $87 Valpak offer. I was concerned about hidden charges due to a story of a friend getting ripped off on a similar offer, however, to my delight, there were no additional charges beyond the extra services I requested, which were also reasonably priced in my opinion.
I was very pleased with my experience, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I would recommend Super Steam to anyone looking for a quality air duct cleaning at a reasonable price.

Overall I was very satisfied with the work done. I thought my carpet was beyond saving and was even thinking I was going to have to get new carpet. My friends could not believe how it been tracked up by a company that had to tear out my bathroom and did not seem to care how they tracked up the dirt and mold on several rooms and hallway. He suggested that I put an antibacterial. spray which I would not have thought of..

Great job, efficient and fast, didn't move large furniture, concentrated on paths and high use areas. Very pleased with results.

Carpet cleaning went well, without a hitch. This was a good price and good quality steam cleaning. I had several stains that I didn't know whether they could be removed. The company was able to remove all stains.

I had the traffic areas and one 4 x 5' area that had pet stains in ONE bedroom cleaned. The price for 3 rooms was $59.95 (special) plus a trip charge of $15. The service person determined that I needed the major pet deodorizer treatment - an additional $69, for a total of $145 which I was not prepared to pay. I asked him if he could do it for less since I was paying the 3-room price. He wasn't able to make that decision, so I asked him to call the office and ask, which he did. He said he was told that it was "a fair price". I had the area cleaned as originally requested (the 3-room price). The man was in the house for 40 minutes - 20 of which was spent pushing the pet deodorizer and the balance cleaning. It took 2 days for the rug to dry leaving a sticky residue in the carpet which tracked onto my wood floors. We left town for a week, and when I returned the residue was still present so I called yesterday to request that it be redone. I am waiting for a call from them to tell me when they will be "in my area again".

It was perfect, they were very prompt. It was easy to make an appointment on short notice. He worked the entire time that he was here. It was a great experience overall.
