Poorly! He showed up a day late. Then he didn't come to the door to let me know he was working on the property which is very unprofessional. Then he acted like he was in too big of a hurry to answer my questions and go over the yards. I guess since I wasn't writing the check, his true colors came out.

Upon moving into a new home, I found the above ground pipes that lead to my sprinkler systems had burst in multiple places. I was told the parts alone would cost at least $300. Gordon showed up on time (calling 10 minutes before arrival), was very polite and profession, and knew right away what to do. He had all the parts on hand and the repair went smoothly. He then checked the rest of my sprinkler system and repaired two damaged heads, set my control panel for me and explained watering in Colorado to a Louisiana girl. I haven't been so happy with the value I've gotten for my money in a long time. I will definitely have him back to winterize my the sprinklers this fall. *One note: this is obviously a one-person business and he only takes cash/checks as payment right now*
