Summit Cleaners

This business has been Tide Dry cleaners for some time now.  I've been using them since when they were Summit Cleaners ... maybe six years now.  For most of those years they have been pretty good.  But they recently ruined a pair of $100 wool dress trousers. The manager on duty said it was due to wear.  But the trousers had no signs of "wear" when I dropped them off.  They were seriously frayed around the belt line and the material was "pilled" throughout.  They were also shorter by1/2".  I'm certain they washed these pants which are dry clean only.
When I went in to complain I had on the exact pants in a different color, purchased the same day last year, which have been worn and cleaned with the same frequency as the ruined pair.  The manager agreed that the pants I had on looked new, while insisting that the ruined pants were "worn."
I was surprised they wouldn't give a long term customer the benefit of the doubt on a matter like this.  The manager was insistent that it was wear and that the pants were handled correctly ... because the computer said so.  "Sorry, nothing can be done."  I'm looking for a new place now.

I have been using Summit for about 5 years and they have alway done a great job on my dry cleaning.  They are a little more expensive than the dollar shops, but well worth it.  Clothes always come out like they are new.

After a phone call informing the firm about the substandard quality of their service and my personal pointing out of the flaws in the quality of their service, I received serviced garments with the exact same flaws and deficiencies I earlier noted to the firm. Note that this is the Summit that sold to a franchise called Tide cleaners. I will no longer use this firm.

I love this cleaner. They always make my garments look like new.  They have curb side service which is very convenient in the winter.  They have the best quality services in my area.  You pay a little extra for the quality but it's totally worth it!

Summit Cleaners removed all of our clothing, bedding, and other soft material from our home following a house fire. They accurately removed, inventoried, and cleaned our items and provided storage of our items until our house was ready to move back into. Not items were "lost" or "misplaced". We are still finding inventory tags on some of our items. They communicated well with us and were very sensitive to out needs during a difficult time.
