Stone International & Colorado Cabinets

This is a very professional company to work with. Very helpful indeed. I went in originally thinking I wanted to buy quartz, but Brad was so helpful in explaining how every type of stone countertops worked, that I ended up buying quartz ones. We have a very large kitchen and there are NO seams at all. These guys are so professional, courteous, on time (sometimes even earlier than appointment time. They are friendly and get the job done when stated. Not only that, the job is done very well and even above what is expected. I had counters cut down and desks and drawers brought up as well. I highly recommend this company to everyone that is thinking about installing new counters or upgrading. God Bless,

Very well. The cabinets and granite are beautiful. No one can believe I paid what I did for the quality of the materials. Plumbing, electrical, and sink were all included in the price. When I had an issue with two of the cabinets received, they took care of it promptly and courteously. Jose is wonderful to work with. I am planning on using them again for a bathroom remodel and to add cabinets to my laundry room.

I’m not a fan of spending my personal time writing reviews, but our recent experience during a kitchen remodel has left me no choice but to state the facts of the poor experience we recently had with Stone International. In late 2017, we contracted a designer to help with our kitchen cabinets. After approving the design, she took it to Stone International to finalize and order. Stone International suggested to CJ Seavall Design that she order a particular white finish of cabinet that could then be painted a navy blue. To our understanding, they also suggested to CJ Seavall Design, a contractor who specialized in installing and painting cabinets. After paying CJ Seavall Design for the project, she ordered the cabinets and paid Trinity Home Solutions to handle the painting and installation of the cabinets. Against our request, the cabinets were painted on-site, in our freshly painted dining room, resulting in several large overspray on our walls and ceiling. The installer than began to set cabinets with no regard to leveling. After contacting the designer about our concern with un-level cabinets, no fix was provided. There is currently a ½ difference between one corner of our cabinets to the next. Our countertop installer has informed us that a ½ difference is too much to be shimmed when installing countertops. The largest issue is the lack of professional knowledge when came to painting the cabinets. The method used by Stone International’s recommended installer proved to be an utter disaster. None of the paint is adhering to the cabinets. It peels off by simply rubbing the cabinet. In reaching out to Stone International about the manufacture specs of the cabinets, none of our requests for information have been fulfilled. We are told that someone else will have to call us back, but we have yet to receive a call with the information. In talking with two other painters, this type of surface should not be painted. There are countless other issues with the cabinets. Unlevel hardware. Rubbing doors. Mis-aligned crown molding. Poor plumbing cutouts putting stress on water supply lines. The unfortunate part of this entire experience is CJ Seavall Design, Stone International or Luis at Trinity Home Solutions lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend trusting these people to assist with a kitchen remodel.

I used them last Spring or February or so. Their prices were the best above prices they reserved. I like the prices and the nice guy. I did not like that there were something about the way when they tore out their countertops. Anyway, they mess some things up. Then when we called them, they came back and fixed them, so that was good.

Great!  He gave a discount for cash and they came in when expected and were very efficient.  Kevin uses the same crew for every job.  He was friendly and helpful and his office is managed by his wife Onna who is also very helpful and friendly.

Everything went well.  Kevin give us an estimate from my sketches/measurements of the kitchen counters.  My husband and I chose the slabs we wanted and Kevin came to the house to finalize measurements.  The day of installation the installers were running a little late, but arrived and did a very efficient job in removing the old counters and installing the granite. They put down drop cloths and were very careful as they carried in the counter pieces.  As they finished, the plumber arrived to connect the appliances.  We are very pleased with the entire job and would not hesitate to call Stone International for any other counter top needs.

Overall went pretty well. Timeline - every thing completed in four weeks from initial call to final installation. At the end, the measurement was correct on last piece of backsplash but the cutting was incorrect so they came back three days later to finish the job and it all looked beautiful.

I worked with Kevin at Stone International.   My first visit was very good.   He explained what exactly was
involved and gave me a very accurate estimate based on the information I provided.   We made an
appointment for two days later when he could come to my house and get more specifics.   He showed up
exactly on time and did complete measurements and made suggestions on improving the cabinets
and counters.   One day later he provided the final cost with options on things I could do myself or that
they would do if I wanted.    For example, I could have saved $300 if I removed the existing counters
and cabinets.  Also I could have saved $50 if I connected the plumbing when they were done.
The existing cabinets and counters were removed on a Monday and by Friday afternoon, the kitchen
was completely done.    Kevin provided a complete schedule with times.   Each worker showed up 
exactly on time.   There were no hidden costs or other surprises.    Everything went just exactly 
like Kevin said and the cost was exactly what we agreed to.

I very much enjoyed working with Kevin at Stone International.   I intend to use him again to 
redo my bathroom sinks and cabinets.
