Our background spans from single-family residential to large (700 unit) multifamily apartment communities and everything in between! Our most recent projects include Centennial Heights, an apartment community in Colorado Springs. We were contracted to change the color scheme, new flooring, reface the cabinetry, new countertops, new hardware and new plumbing and electrical fixtures. We were also simultaneously removing and installing new cabinetry and countertops at The Links at Plumb Creek in Castle Rock. We have done extensive work for Riverstone (before it was purchased by Grey Star) and Centennial. We can also Handel your commercial property needs! We remodeled all the Smash Burger locations From Colorado Springs to Denver! As well as maintenance work at the Kohls locations in the same area! We strive to make sure the client is informed, and knows the process and procedures to make there project happen, as well as where the money is being spent.
