They did a wonderful job in a timely manner. They were right on the estimate, right on the money when they gave me an estimate. They did a beautiful job. They were very attentive. They personally walked me through the store and helped me pick out appliances that would work in my kitchen. They were very professional. They kept the rest of my house clean while they were tearing out my kitchen. Their recommendations and their overall professionalism were wonderful. I did have a good experience. They really didn't have any issues because they walked me through so easily, even when it came to the paint coloring. We sat down and talked about the choices. There were no issues that were unforeseen. They met me at the stores to pick out appliances. They met me at the cabinet place to pick out the cabinets. They always had somebody right there with me to help me make decisions. I would have no problem using them again.

Andy Stauffer was great to work with. They were incredibly fast and the quality of work was great. They gutted our house in just a few days and when it came to putting up the new framing, we were never waiting on them. The framing inspection was perfect. They have great values in the company and are a great family owned business. On the down side, I have considered using them on a few other projects (our $20,000 patio, for example), but 1. they were not very responsive and didn't return my calls a few times, and 2. they made it sound like my project was too small for them and didn't' fit into their niche.

It was a good experience. They maintained a good working relationship and tried to resolve any issues in a way that we could agree on. His quality was very good. I would have liked to have our communication improved.
