Sprinklermaster

I had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment since summer is a busy time, no problem with that. They were professional on the phone and called the morning of to bring forward the appointment a couple of hours. When they showed up (2 reps.) they took a quick look and said the pressure was no good and I should call the city as there were some rocks or a blockage somewhere and also suggested I might need a whole new system. I asked if I should call a plumber to adjust the pressure and they said I "could try that." It was midday on a really hot day and I really got the impression that they weren't that interested in doing the job. The only good thing is that they did not charge me for the call, which I appreciate. It would have been ugly if they had tried. Since that time waster, I got another company in with a very satisfactory result. They had a simple gauge to check the pressure immediately. They found a leak, causing the lower water pressure and they moved and fixed and added a couple of new heads in a couple of hours and made a couple of hundred dollars. I'm very happy I went with my gut to get a second opinion. I will not use or recommend Sprinkler Masters to anyone as they couldn't be bothered or just didn't have enough experience to help or investigate further what turned out to be a minor dilemma. Although Sprinkler Masters were very friendly, the difference between them and the other company was like chalk and cheese.

Great. The company showed up early (6:40 AM) for the 7AM appt to do the install. Wendell walked me through the system again to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, then set to work. They used a 'puller' so as not to tear up my yard too much, took a short lunch break - answered my dumb questions and finished up the job before 3PM the same day. He walked me through the operation, draining and adjustment of the heads and made sure I understood the controller. Real good job, didn't leave any thing unfinished, no trash or equipment left behind. I am very satisfied.

They are really good. I've used them for 10 years since I moved into my house, and they always have done a wonderful job. They keep my sprinklers working properly. They know me and always give me very friendly service. I would highly recommend this company to any body.
