Rob did a enzyme fogging treatment for mold and mycotoxins in my home. First, the good part. Rob did a thorough job of cleaning as he fogged, including compressed air cleaning of crevasses. I thought there was mold that was reintroduced into my ductwork after I restarted my humidifier. Rob did a system fogging with a peroxide agent at no additional cost. Where I have a problem with my service is I am very sensitive to the enzyme solution that was used. I have not been able to stay in my house for over a month. Rob?s only solution has been to open the windows. The enzyme maker provides no information as to the composition of their product. It has a very strong smell of cloves, so will assume the active ingredient is clove oil. The main component of clove oil isa chemical called eugenol. If you check the Safety Data Sheet for eugenol you?ll see it has some potentially unpleasant side effects. If you are in any way sensitive to chemicals and scents would encourage you to avoid this prod.

Rob and his team are fantastic! After a quote from a separate company, I requested a quote from Springs Mold for a second opinion. Not only was Rob much more affordable, but he took a lot more time during the quote to explain everything and actually educate me on what was happening. He removed everything and left the site looking professional and clean! And I do mean clean. His team went through and cleared the whole house out of dust and treated the whole house against any rogue spores. The house smelled great afterwards!

Rob is fantastic. He gave me a fair bid and when he discovered something wasn't as bad as expected he lowered the price! He also did a follow up inspection 6 months later when I had some concerns. I highly recommend Springs Mold. Ron has the expertise and integrity to do the job right.

We had a great experience with Rob. He was able to come out quickly and assess the situation and perform mold testing due to a dishwasher leak into basement ceiling. When remediation was needed, he shared a lot of information about the process, was easy to schedule with, and able to address the situation quickly. We felt that he talked us through various options and made us feel comfortable making decisions in the best steps for our situation. Springs Mold was extremely professional and knowledgeable when handling our mold mitigation in our home. Rob, the owner, was very conscientious and recommended mold sample and air quality testing, both before and after the mitigation process.
