I have used Springs Auto for the past 10 years for minor and major
repair. The labor rates are very fair and I appreciate the personal
attention to detail from all levels of the organization. I am always
keep informed of the maintenance progress and advised of unforeseen
issues and how to address them. Always a positive experience. Highly
Recommended!

In December 2010 I dropped by truck off due to leaking fluid (noted small puddle under truck the size of a quarter.) After inspecting the truck the vendor discovered a faulty hydraulic hose and replaced it. In the process of this work being done I agreed to other work be accomplished eventually resulting in a $2100 repair bill that I paid. When I picked up my truck one of the mechanics who worked on it told me that the power steering pump was making noise following the repair. It was NOT making any noise when I dropped it off. He told me if it continued to bring it back and they would look at it. After two weeks of it making noise I made an appointment and dropped the truck off. This was in the middle of January 2011. The service performed was to bleed the lines to get any out of them. Immediately when I drove the truck off I noted the problem persisted. I again dropped the truck off in the middle of February. When I was contacted by the service manager I was told that the problem was a faulty hydraulic booster and power steering pump. When I pointed out that I did not have this noise when I originally brought the truck in December 2010, he responded that the pump failed because I drove it with low fluid and it probably overheated. In my opinion this problem was introduced by work previously done by this business. They took no responsiblity for it.

Every time we would fill gas into the RV a gallon or two would leak onto the ground. Called a couple of RV shops and none did this kind of repair and usually recommended a truck repair shop. Based off of one recommendation we tried Springs Auto & Truck Service Center. It is a very busy shop that does a lot of Truck and RV work, they even do work for the Military. Clean shop, friendly people, shuttle service, and they fixed our issue for what we thought was a reasonable price. We would use them again.

The overall experience was bad and there was no communication from them. They would say that they would get back to me but they never did. They always said that they ran into more problems. They said that they had a diesel specialist but he did not have a clue of what was going on. I took my truck in there 5 times as it would not start up. They always said that they had a fix and charged me every time, but it was never fixed.
