The repairman told me how much it would cost to repair, and agreed it would be better for me to get a new machine. I appreciated his honesty.

David was friendly, professional, responsive, informative, thorough and charged a reasonable fee. I was very satisfied and will not hesitate to call him again.

Did not show up for first appointment and I had to call to re-schedule. But did fix the dryer and thre in the dishwasher repair.

Not thoroughly cleaned on initial visit. Called & serviceman came back out promptly the next day at 8:00 a.m. & got the washer completely cleaned out.

We had to wait a day or two for a part that needed to be ordered but the service was very well done.

He didn’t fix it and he will come out Monday to look at it. He was nice and everything but he didn’t end up fixing it and it costs $180. They here on time.

We would use them again.

Everything was explained in detail and we were given a recommendation for a new washing machine. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. They will also be cleaning our dryer.

David has already repaired our dishwasher, fridge, and dryer. Today he was up front and honest and let us know that the washer is needing a new motor and just wouldn't be worth it to repair it. We knew that was probably what we'd find, the washer is almost 11 years old and has been used a LOT!
David is even helping us find another washer to replace this one. You just can't find a nicer, more honest guy! He's #1 on our list for repairmen in this town!

David was so prompt for both appointments. And talk about one of the nicest repairmen we have ever met---wow, even our kids talked about how nice he was! He was determined to figure out what was wrong with the refrigerator, and even with the extra time he put in for the 2 visits, his price was unbelievable! It is SO nice to find an honest, hardworking, prompt, professional, and especially super nice repairman! We will never use anyone else!
