One Time Interior House Cleaning
Hard to clean a empty house that was not extremely dirty Half the stove was cleaned dirt left around edges of cabinets Celine fans nor like pictures were feather dusted blinds we are not dusted front door stoop was left full of dirt. Back door to home was never opened therefore never swept out entry way or remove spots from door none of the door knobs were cleaned around. I personally asked her if I needed to stay and micromanage she said no. A few days later when I checked the home it was not Clean enough to show as a rental and this was a empty house which should have been an easy clean. I was charged more than the persons home that was recommended but I accepted the fee and paid the Kesha. Immediately I would like a refund of my money, I cannot at this time except I was charged more than the persons home that was recommended. I would like a refund of my money I cannot at this time except Reclaim in the house, as I was told she is on honeymoon I do have pictures of inadequate work as well as a witness to the inadequate work. I tried to contact her but I was told that I was blocked from her number. Connie B

I'd like to address a few upsets you had as well. As for the back entry way when you and I had gone through the initial walk through of your home you never pointed out wanting the exterior of your back porch door cleaned. Had you though I would have informed you I do no clean exterior only interior of homes. But for not explaining that on my own I apologize. As for staying and micromanaging I always encourage my clients to go about their daily tasks because at the end of my jobs I have them"

Solana did an amazing job with our deep clean! We had booked someone else for the weekend & they canceled on us last minute. I came on Angis list looking for someone to come clean. Solana called me within 10 minutes and got me booked! She does amazing work!

Solana was extremely polite and friendly. She made the entire process easy and relaxing for me. I was able to meet with her for a walk around of my home and then she gave me a time frame to come back. When I did we did another walk through of my home and I was very pleased. Thorough work and attention to detail. 10/10 would hire again for future work.

The claiming was only half done and nothing thorough. No room was completed. She constantly said she would get back to something she started, yet never did Also she didn't clean like a cleaner, instead just sprained a surface and went over it with a cloth. Dirt didn't go, it just smelt like it was cleaned. I'm highly disappointed!
