water heater repair
 + -1 moreSales rep Tim came to the house and followed up with an email quote. The quote contained three different scenarios. We chose the cheapest one and they said they would be out Saturday to install. Saturday morning we received an email from Mike Robinson who said they were declining our business with absolutely no explanation or apology. We were in quite a bind since our water heater was no longer working and they left us in a lurch since it was now the weekend. Extremely poor and unbelievable. We were provided with a written agreement and they completely dishonored that agreement.
