 + -1 moreShaun O'Loughlin was the craftsman that did the job, and I was very satisified with his work, I originaly specified one hand rail on the steps, and that was the way the contract was written, After the job was completed, the wife said there should be a handrail on both sides of the steps. I agread and called Shaun to come back and install the additional hand rail, expecting to pay an additional cost. Shaun came by this morning and added the hand rail. When I asked what I should write the check for, he said Robbin Smart specified that he do the job for no addition cost. Thank you Robbin Smart and Shaun.
