+ 2 moreThe water damaged wall was the only obvious problem area resulting from original construction, but Matt inspected all other potential problem areas and made minor corrections or suggestions where appropriate. He readily agreed to extend the scope of the initial repairs to other areas needing siding replaced since extra materials were on hand. Matt opened up the damaged wall and rebuilt it with minimum impact on other household activities. He works fast and non-stop from arrival to departure. Matt's extent of knowledge and experience covers all aspects of the construction process and lends complete confidence to the customer.
Description of Work: Matt carefully deconstructed a water damaged exterior wall to only expose damaged areas. This involved removing siding, insulation and framing. He continually consulted with me to ensure I was always aware of the extent of the necessary repairs. He stripped decking and rebuilt a small deck overhanging the damaged area to weather-seal and properly drain. Matt reconstructed all damaged areas, which were defective from original construction and always went the extra steps to correct anything he encountered that was not properly constructed.
