Randy gave an accurate estimate for his work; marble tiled 3 bathroom floors, including edging; it perfectly matches. Because he has multiple jobs; veteran, he is busy; but he always gets the job finished, and his work is the best tilework I have seen.....AWESOME

The work looks good but to me, I didn't feel Randy was professional at all. He prefers to send text messages instead of picking up the phone to call. This is true even when he's told to call and not send text messages. He says he is licensed in California but when he showed his license it expired in 2002 (10 years ago).
His crew was courteous and worked hard. They did some cleanup but Randy told me that eveything would be left perfectly clean and it wasn't. When I asked him about it he told me that it cleans up with warm water and soap.
We also had a disagreement about some of the work and he got a bit ugly with me in his text messages accusing me of not wanting to pay him. What I don't like is getting a bid and then AFTER the work is done getting a NEW bid. Regardless, he's the 7th service person I've hired in the last 3 months for work I am having done in my home and he's the first one who got nasty with me.
Guess time will tell if the work is quality if it stands up to use. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend them because of Randy's unprofessionalism.

We called Randy for an estimate on our kitchen project. His estimate included the demolition, removal and disposal of the old counter top, and purchace of all of the materials he would need in preparing the project. The only other thing we had to buy was the tile and grout. Randy referred us to America's Tile-Stone and Design where the owner, Todd, was extremely knowledgeable in guiding us in our selection. Randy was very conscientious about the quality of his work. He is very precise in his work and attentive to the smallest details. The project took a couple of weeks and included sealing the grout. The final cost for his materials and labor were exactly what his estamate had been.
