Everything turned out nicely.  The sales people were very helpful, and I actually dealt with the manager who was equally friendly.  In fact, he even price matched the ovens since we had seen the same models at a lower price elsewhere.  Furthermore, Steve, the gentleman who worked on our cabinets in order to accommodate the new appliances, did a great job.

We bought appliance form them.  They were friendly and they spent time with me. They did not rush me and they were knowledgeable. They showed me different type of appliances. We had a good experience with them.

We've been very satisfied.

The sales guy was great...answered all of my questions, asked me a lot of questions about what features I was looking for, and didn't try to steer me toward more expensive models. Went above and beyond in being helpful - found out we have an older house, told us we could come to his house (near our neighborhood) and see how his wife redesigned their kitchen. The purchase was painless, they called to schedule installation promptly, and when we had a problem about a month after purchase, they were quick to get us service and get it fixed. (It was a mechanical problem, not a problem with the unit itself.)

The price is for both appliances. We had issues with our first Gen-Air oven combination. It had to be replaced by Gen-Air and Shouse helped us through the process. They are very courteous. It was an overall great shopping experience. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
