I would like to rate higher, however we are currently being ignored by them even though we have paid for services already. We have them on retainer for our office for regular maintenance and they are not contacting us back with our reach outs. I have left phone messages for both Larry and Kelli at the office and I have gotten no communication back. Appointments are hard to set, then they are missed with no regard or apology or even a call to reschedule. Not a way to do business! We need a call back and services completed per our contract. Keep in mind, we HAVE ALREADY PAID them and they are ignoring us. We just want the right thing done.

Larry and his team were great. The only thing I docked stars for was running the ethernet outside of the house instead of through the house. They worked non-stop to get the job done and ensured everything worked. They did an excellent job on the drywall patching as well. I would hire them again.

Very friendly and great people. Quality of work was great at a competitive price but the service was terrible. My appointment time was between 8-10 they didn't show until closer to 1:00. When they arrived the tech was not able to complete the work and had to be replaced by someone else to finish the job. They did not have the required items to complete the job and had to make multiple runs to Home Depot. When the left my house seven hours later the jobl was still not complete. They had to return the following day to complete the job. I was frustrated that a 3 hr job took a full day but the work was good. I would not recommend them if you need timely service.

"This gentleman was very kind. The 2 trips to Home Depot was because he did not have extension cords and other items that he said he had. The first tech could not finish the work because of personal issues and had to leave. I went to the home to complete the job and left that evening with ONLY wire management left to do. I explained to him that it was getting late and I would need to come back in the morning to get the wires organized. He said that was fine and he appreciated our hard work. I came back the next morning and it took ten minutes to complete the job. He assumed that the job would take 3 hours based upon his previous install in Las Vegas. I informed him that we have different regulations in Colorado than Nevada. We will not compromise those regulations for anyone. I will always put honesty, integrity and quality above rushing. No, we were not there at 8 but as we explained to him at 8 when I called him we were put behind for specific reasons. He said he understood and it was fine. Evidently it was not."

I needed to redo my entertainment system and had no clue. They called me back immediately and came to see what needed to be done. I was Impressed by their knowledge, and friendliness. Very able to explain complicated things to me. The installation resulted in more than I expected. I did not think my old vhs system was salvageable but they did it and the system is better than before. Walter

Amazing-NOT! This took over 30 days and more than 6 visits (I lost track), because the company was unorganized and always behind schedule. First, they didn't show up with a tilt bracket to mount my 24" TV to the wall, despite me saying I needed one via HomeAdvisor. The owner claimed he doesn't get that info from HomeAdvisor--if not, why do you ask for it? I had to go buy my own mount. Then he didn't know I wanted the cords hidden in the wall, which I also indicated on HA. Then it took weeks to get the craftsman scheduled who could hide the wires and do the cosmetic work. We had at least two times that he couldn't show up, for some reason or another. Finally, the plates they used to cover the holes in the walls don't fully cover the holes behind the cords with a plastic gasket. I was told those plates are $8+. Now I have to find someway to cover the holes, so I can minimize insects crawling into my house. These guys were absolutely terrible, and I highly recommmend finding another company.

"Why is it that customers who want things cheap are always the ones who complain? We gave the customer the option of having his wires concealed in the wall or ran outside the wall. He said he preferred they be inside the wall. I told him there would be 2 holes in the wall that we could leave uncovered or for a price we could install covers. He chose the cheap way with no covers. The customer had to reschedule twice and then our finish tech had a death in the family. When my finish tech went to site to finish (yes, this did take 2 weeks because of his emergency) he again was informed that the wall plates would be extra. I considered just giving them to him by I had a suspicion that he would complain anyway so I chose not to. We have a 30 day warranty that covers our work in case there are any issues but of course, we never heard a word from him. So often you hear of contractors that do not return to a customers home. This is why."

"We rewired his Comcast box which was not set up correctly. We rewired it and he said everything looked great and paid us. While we were in South Dakota he had other issues which turned out to have nothing to do with what we did."

He didn't tell me his 'fee' until leaving. He dragged out the time (organized his luggage compartment because one of his 'employees' used it and put stuff back wrong). He gave me information that was wrong. He was friendly enough, but kept bragging about himself too much. He said not to bother with the phone jack in my kitchen and to drill a hole in the wall by the window, because it could take 8 hours or more to find the problem. He left. $250 later, we still had to hire someone to fix the kitchen phone line. I called someone else. It was an easy fix.

All said and done I was made complete. The beginning seemed as if I was over promised and would be disappointed. I voiced some concerns about price, value of service and lack of technicians on job sight to fulfill task promised at anticipated price to be paid. Larry made every effort to satisfy me and complete work as expected. He did go the extra step and a great deal of appreciation goes to his tech Phillip. This group gets strong numbers and recommendations from me, and I will call upon Amazing E again when needed.

Routed an extension cord with electrical tape in my wall, which is a fire hazard according to the electrician. Job was unfinished. Over promised and under delivered.

"This is totally untrue. We used a power cable that IS fire rated in Colorado. Her father, a retired engineer from Louisana told her it was not. The job was COMPLETELY finished. We gave them cables and other items because ahe xould not find theirs."
