Vacuum Cleaners
Larry Martel is owner. When I brought it in he warned me that the company making the head (brush and handle) is out of business, so he would try his best to fix it. As it turns out, it was the motor which he took apart to try to repair it (he showed me the motor) but couldn't . He said he had a 2 week waiting list. He gave me an estimate then.
When I picked it up 2 wks and 3 days later, he gave me information about the company that was out of business, showed me how to take care of the head so it would last longer, showed me all the junk that he had to unwrap from the brush (husband;s fishing line) etc and then said to call him if I had any questions about how to run the machine. He is an authorized dealer, so sent in paperwork and deducted the Silver King warranty amount, AND gave me a senior citizen's discount. Great experience!
