 + -1 moreSomeone from the company left a message at 2 pm that they had been trying to call me all day. They had not. My repair window to wait on someone to show up at my house was 8 am - 12 pm. No one apologized; no one called.
Description of Work: Nothing. Never showed up. Never called until after their window of 8 am - 12 pm.
