Description of Work: I had to have repairs made to a deck and gazebo as part of home that was under contract to sell. This was a last minute issue that had to be resolved in order for the sale of the house to go through. Sagebrush Construction understood the severity of the situation and went out the same day I called them to give me an estimate. Sagebrush Construction completed the work in the midst of several snow storms right before Christmas. Both buyers and sellers were happy with the work and we were able to close on the house.

+ 6 moreVery well. The door and window involved removing so 50 year old wood paneling and replacing it without damaging it. The foam required taping the seams which he did correctly. The siding was also done correctly using starter strips and trim joints were scarfed (bevel mitered instead of butted). Many people omit those things. All the nails were put into the studs so they are in nice neat rows. Don recommended a non-wood deck material that should last 50 years and it looks great. He designed an appropriate railing. Everything is straight and square. Don take the extra bit of time to do things right. He also contracts entire houses. I've seen one he built and it is very nice. I think it is a bonus when a general contractor can do many of the trades himself as it give him a real understanding of what is required.
Description of Work: Add a small deck with stairs. Install 1" of insulating foam, then siding on new 2 story detached garage (it looks likes a house). Repair roof of a stable damaged by a falling tree. Add a section of fence to corral. Install a new door and window.
