RPM - Colorado Springs Metro

Horrible experience! If you don't really care about your investment property, this might be the company for you. "Our standard policy is not to provide reciepts." (from an email from Monica Ruiz to myself on April 8th, 2010.) I don't know about you, but when I am forced to pay a bill, I expect to know what I am paying for. This was in response of me requesting reciepts for "repair work" and unauthorized improvements that I was billed in excess of $1700.00, (and the tenants had only been in the house for 3 months!) This is just one small instance to demonstrate my frustration with this company. If you do hire this company, make sure you deal with everything in writing. I could go on and on forever about my experience, just know that it wasn't good. This company has offices in both Colorado Springs and Denver. There were 3 individuals that did try to help my situation and I would like to thank them: Jeni VanOrnem who is the Director of Operations, Liz Hanlon who was our inital leasing agent but doesn't work for RPM anymore, and Brooke Barrett who was the leasing agent who did the final walkthrough of our destroyed house, who also doesn't work for RPM anymore.
