"(consumer name withheld per their request) I was quite surprised to see this review posted so quickly and no opportunity to address your concerns. I would have expected a call or email from you so we could have talked about it before you posted this. Obviously, there was a misunderstanding about my rates. I did advise you of my pricing prior to repairing your furniture and I am sincerely concerned about that. When I presented the bill to your husband, he slightly hesitated but wrote the check anyway. As to my helper that day, he has been doing furniture repairs since he was 17 and now is 35. As to the repairs, you had multiple items which were repaired to your satisfaction and, again, if you had concerns, I wish you would have contacted me immediately as I stand behind all repairs I do. If you would have done that, I would have returned and addressed all your concerns as soon as I could. Homeadvisor ratings are extremely important to my company and I am extremely sorry you were not happy. In that spirit of compromise, I will return and address your concerns at no charge to you plus I will refund a portion of your money. Thank you for your business and, again, my sincerest apologies.
