I have purchased several products from them, including a commercial embroidery machine, repair a existing sewing machine, and serger. Also sewing products, thread and stabilizers, which other stores do not have or the price is higher. They have a awesome staff in teaching you the product. Have free classes, and just a small price to learn a different skill. Hands down the best place to go, if you want awesome customer service after you purchased the product. I have had some one on one training. The commercial stores like Walmart, JoAnn, Hobby Lobby, don't even compare to ladies at Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum
