Fixed difficult-to-repair, valuable wooden chair

Very difficult to contact. Did not answer voice mail or email. Work was satisfactory.

I arranged a time to drop off the chair, and Chas had it finished in a matter of days. He did a wonderful job restoring my chair to useable condition at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Chas' excellent work and his kind, professional manner.

Chas did an absolutely beautiful job. He is very professional, talented and easy to work with!

I sent Chas an email with pictures of the furniture. He responded with some questions and gave me an initial quote. He then suggested that he come to the house to personally inspect the furniture. He arrived at the appointed time. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about what it would take to complete the work and gave a firm quote which he wrote on the back of his business card. He also explained exactly what he would do. We agree to the price and he volunteered to take the furniture with him. He said that it would take 2-3 weeks to complete the work. He called 2 weeks later and said he was done and asked if we had the means to come pick up the furniture. We have a truck, so we went to his place of business and picked up the furniture that same day. The furniture looked great!
